#no but this is the thing#all this time we thought he was out of control#that he /felt/out of control while someone else called the shots in his body#but that’s not true#because stiles was okay with going along with things#part of stiles didn’t try to fight#wasn’t afraid#and WAS calling the shots in his body#because he liked it#he was powerful and unafraid for the first time in maybe forever#certainly since the supernatural stumbled into his life and left him the little human boy-feeling inferior to the rest#more so than he already did before#people looked at him and they cowered and bowed down before a king#and the nogitsune fed off of that#off of stiles’ emotions and dark desires and the sweet pleasure pain brought#and it looked at him and it didn’t demand control#it said let me in#i know what you want#we can work together#and it was a partnership see#with the part of stiles that embraced the darkness in his heart#and when they separated#he was ready to kill himself right then and there#because you can take away the demon that invaded#but you can’t take away the monster that’s always been there#just#him (via stilesmcalll)
